CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please notify us by phone or email if you wish to cancel or modify a scheduled training session at least 24 hours prior to session start for a full refund. Cancellations, no-shows or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded. Sessions scheduled as part of a package that are cancelled without 24-hour notice cannot be rolled over or re-scheduled and will count as a forfeited session.

DOG'S MEDICAL/HEALTH:

All dogs should be up to date with their veterinary-recommended vaccination schedules. The trainer reserves the right to refuse training to any dog that is obviously sick, abused, or neglected. 

PACKAGE EXPIRATION

All sessions must be claimed within a year of purchase. Programs (and all outstanding sessions) expire one year from the date of billing.
